The Couch to 5k course is aimed at new starters who have never thought running possible. Couch to 5k runs each year over the course of 10 weeks and the hope is to get people up to the standard where they can join in with the 6 or 7pm sessions.
At the end of the 10 week course, members can join together at the 5k Workington Park Run to show just how far they’ve come. You may not think it’s possible, but you’ll never know until you try!
